MEET THE TEAM

Nigel
Maria

Nigel and Maria Phipps

Nigel and Maria have been involved in pioneer church planting for many years. The couple host a House Church between Newport and Cardiff, South Wales. Nigel has a 'deep love' for the word of God and is passionate about obeying it.

Maria is prophetic and loves to pray and administrate. The couple were involved in leading Harvest Time School of Evangelism for ten years where 100's have been trained in personal soul winning, street & home evangelism and crusade outreach.

They say, ‘we're excited about challenge 100 because it has has the potential to mobilise a nationwide movement of ordinary lovers of God. We are convinced one of the most effective ways to reach the towns, villages and rural hamlets in our nation is to rediscover the priesthood of ALL believers and the explosive methodology of how the early church met in ordinary homes. We deeply appreciate the simplicity and beauty of the house ekklesia, because anyone can do it, they are quick to set up, and everyone participates, making ministry exciting and the burden easy and light'

Andrew
Deborah

Andrew and Deb are 'lovermatics' and have been involved in pastoral ministry for many years. They are deeply relational with a beautiful ability to encourage and nurture people. Andrew has a strong prophetic ministry and hears from the Lord in dreams and visions. Deb has a gift of administration and also an anointed ministry of intercession. Deb will help lead the prayer strategy for challenge 100. Andrew and Deb have a passion for the presence of God and for encouraging folks to hear God's voice.

a new era is upon us

With the world around us changing at a fast pace, and with the challenges and climate we find ourselves in,

my gut feel is that house churches will be an absolute necessity for fellowship, teaching, prayer, discipleship

and community in the coming days. I think we have slowed down the advance of the gospel by professionalising church, raising the bar to such an extent that many fiery members of the body of Christ are simply unemployed!  Challenge 100 is all about releasing the incredible potential in every believer and I feel stirred that the Lord is about to release a supernatural unity that will enable us to work together on a scale we haven't seen before. We are believing God that these house churches will be birthed in signs, wonders and miracles, salvation, healing and deliverance. I'm looking forward to working with like minded people who want to start a house church. We can't wait to hear from you!
